One-on-one communications coaching is an ideal way to understand your leadership and communication style. Your communication style influences how you remember, process and deliver information. Most often, we communicate in the way that we want to be communicated to even though our listener has a different style. The coaching process begins with a Communication Style Survey which will allow you to identify the specifics of your style and understand the variety of styles around you. Throughout the process, you will be given tools to create successful outcomes and be able to expand your presence in a variety of executive and team scenarios.
